Incredible Energy at the CRSTE CyberConference (C3)!

Hello from the CRSTE CyberConference (C3), currently taking place online around the world! You can follow us on Twitter using #C3 for those of you tracking the event using tags. Much planning and hard work has gone into preparing to offer you this first completely online CRSTE professional development offering. Originally intended as a regional event for the seven states of the national capital region and the District of Columbia, the C3 is now an international celebration of educators meeting and learning together online!

All the sessions thus far have received rave reviews, setting the tone for the entire conference. Ian Jukes session was heavily attended, and we truly tested the capacity of Elluminate to handle a large synchronous audience.
Dara Feldman did a wonderful job speaking to the heart with an energized and empassioned call to cultivate and nurture your inner leader. Dr. Bob Kolvoord of James Madison University presented on building spatial skills across the curriculum. And Danielle Herro brought things to a climax discussing the implications of Web 2.0 literacy for secondary teacher education. And a group of CRSTE leaders conducted a panel discussion of CRSTE's mission and vision.

Christina Bentheim has kicked off her week-long wiki on Leading as an Agent of Change. Cyndy Woods-Wilson continues to track and discuss conference sessions on her Daily Post. Harry Tetteh awaits your thoughts and aspirations on A New Dawn from Accra, Ghana. Dr. Thomas Armstrong discusses his concept of Neurodiversity and its potential in special education. And Allison Kipta is building quite a fllowing on her CRSTE Teacher Tools Wiki. Take advantage of these excellent 24/7 resources!

You can take part in C3 by coming to http://crste.org/events/crstecyberconference.html and diving into the rich collection resources contained therein. Past sessions are already recorded and archived, so you don't miss a thing. Hope you'll join us over the next wek!
